PNE sells French wind farm project to JPEE

PNE has completed the sale of the 10.8 MW Romescamps wind farm project in France to JP Energie Environnement (JPEE). The project, located in the Hauts-de-France region, includes three wind turbines and was developed by PNE France to ready-to-build status. PNE said value engineering during development enabled an increase in turbine height and expected electricity generation. Under a Project Development Agreement, PNE France will continue to support JPEE with selected development activities following completion of the transaction. The transaction marks PNE’s second project sale to JPEE in France, demonstrating the consistent implementation of PNE's strategy to focus on core markets and develop high-quality projects with attractive returns.
