Polibeli and Authaikam Company Ltd sign MoU to explore a 100 MW AI data centre in Thailand
Type: Partnership · Technology: Data Center · Country: Thailand · Capacity: 100 MW · Announced: 2026-06-30
Polibeli and Authaikam Company Ltd signed a non‑binding MoU on 2026‑06‑30 to explore building an AI‑focused data centre in Thailand with up to 100 MW capacity. The MoU calls for site visits, land and power assessments, and due‑diligence activities to define the project scope. The prospective facility would be located in a yet‑to‑be‑identified region of Thailand, targeting AI workloads that require high compute density. Polibeli, a Cayman‑incorporated B2B e‑commerce platform owned by Xingyun International, sees the venture as a way to diversify beyond its marketplace business. The partnership will allow Authaikam, a local developer, to leverage Polibeli’s regional customer network while assessing the commercial viability of the 100 MW AI data centre. No financial terms were disclosed, and the parties have not appointed external advisors in the announcement.
