Premier Energies Limited (through its new subsidiary Premier Battery Technologies Private Limited) signed a binding term sheet with RCT India to establish a 12 GWh Battery Energy Storage System manufacturing facility in Seetharampur, Telangana, with a first phase of 6 GWh scheduled to commence operations in FY27-28.
