Qualitas Energy acquires 376 MWp operational solar portfolio in Poland

Qualitas Energy, a global renewable energy investment and management platform, has acquired a 376 MWp operational solar photovoltaic (PV) portfolio in Poland from a joint venture between Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension. The portfolio consists of nine operational solar PV plants developed and constructed by Better Energy, with commercial operations between 2021 and 2024. The assets generate over 400 GWh annually, supplying electricity to approximately 210,000 households. Qualitas plans to hybridize the projects with battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the coming months. This acquisition marks Qualitas Energy's first investment under its latest flagship vehicle, Qualitas Energy Fund VI, and strengthens its strategic commitment to Poland's renewable energy sector, where it now has over 600 MWp of solar PV capacity and a 1.2 GW wind development pipeline.
