Qualitas Energy opens Munich office and signs two German renewable energy transactions through Fund VI

Qualitas Energy opened a new office in Munich to support German investment activity through its €3.25 billion Fund VI, which targets German renewable energy projects. The fund has already signed two transactions in 2026 covering 370 MW of renewable energy projects under construction in Germany. German renewables expansion follows the introduction of Navaris, Qualitas Energy's dedicated German renewable energy company that consolidates the portfolio, development pipeline, teams, and operating capabilities established through Fund IV and Fund V. Qualitas Energy will continue to make separate investments in Germany under its own brand through Fund VI. Adrián Cabrejas, Partner for Germany and Poland, leads the German investment activity supported by teams in Berlin and Munich, with Christian Schneider and Nils Hartung joining the Munich office as senior investment professionals. Germany remains a core investment market for Qualitas Energy's sixth flagship fund.
