Qualitas Energy secures €53 million non‑recourse financing for a 117 MWp solar portfolio in Poland

Qualitas Energy obtained a €53 million non‑recourse financing package from CaixaBank and Bank Millennium for its 117 MWp greenfield solar PV portfolio in Poland. The portfolio consists of two solar sites located in Słoniawy, Masovian Voivodeship, and Końskie, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, with construction slated to begin this year and the assets scheduled for operation in 2027. Revenues from the projects will be underpinned by Poland’s Contracts for Difference scheme, ensuring stable cash flows. The financing package includes a term loan, ancillary facilities and an interest‑rate swap, reflecting a structured approach to support Qualitas Energy’s broader renewable strategy. Addleshaw Goddard advised Qualitas Energy on legal matters, CMS acted as legal counsel for the lenders, and Barlovento Applus+ provided technical advice.
