Realterm has acquired a two-property industrial outdoor storage portfolio totaling 10.25 acres in the western Interstate 495 submarket of Boston. The portfolio includes 15 Westford Road in Ayer, Mass., a 3.5-acre site with an 8,200-square-foot maintenance facility, four drive-through bays and an on-site fueling station; and 27 Cook St. in Devens, Mass., a 6.75-acre site with a 12,000-square-foot maintenance facility and one drive-through bay. Ed Brickley, managing director and senior fund manager at Realterm, stated the acquisition supports the firm's strategy of targeting industrial assets in high-barrier-to-entry markets with strong institutional and user demand. Catherine Lane has joined Realterm as chief accounting officer, Europe, to lead European accounting and financial reporting across the firm's fund, property and management entities.
