Renewable Properties acquires 71.8 MWdc Pennsylvania solar portfolio from Prospect14

Renewable Properties announced the acquisition of three Pennsylvania solar projects totaling 71.8 MWdc from Prospect14 on 2026-09-29. The portfolio includes a 26 MWdc and a 27 MWdc project in central Pennsylvania and an 18.8 MWdc project in western Pennsylvania. Renewable Properties said it will sell energy and renewable energy certificates from the projects to wholesale customers and participate in the PJM capacity market, where the July 2026 auction cleared at $329.17/MW-day. The deal is the second between Renewable Properties and Prospect14 following an August 2025 transaction for 38.13 MWdc of net metered projects in Pennsylvania and brings Renewable Properties' Pennsylvania pipeline to over 150 MWdc and its nationwide pipeline to 2 GW with more than 335 MW under construction or in operation. No purchase price or financing terms were disclosed in the article.
