RES sells Topaz Wind Energy Project in Türkiye to Reges Elektrik

RES has completed the sale of the 66MW Topaz Wind Energy Project in Türkiye to Reges Elektrik. The project is located in the Alaca and Aydıncık districts of Çorum and Yozgat provinces. The project secured production license rights in March 2026 after being awarded in a 2017 TEİAŞ tender. It is expected to prevent approximately 80,000 tons of CO2-equivalent emissions once operational and is projected to generate approximately $13.2 million in revenue over the first 10 years and around $25 million in grid fees over 25 years.
