Revolve Renewable Power acquires 125 MW US solar development portfolio

Revolve Renewable Power, through its wholly owned US subsidiary, signed agreements to acquire three utility-scale solar development projects in the US with a combined capacity of approximately 125 MW. The portfolio includes the 30 MWdc Henry project in Illinois, the 56 MWdc Columbus project in New Mexico, and the 39 MWdc Endeavor project in Wisconsin. The acquisition is expected to close in June 2026, marking a step in building Revolve’s US solar development platform. Revolve will pay a development fee of $0.02 per watt upon notice to proceed with construction, along with deferred consideration linked to the realized sale value or fair market value of each project. Each project has secured site control through executed ground leases and option agreements, located within established solar markets served by Ameren in Illinois, Columbus Electric Co-op in New Mexico, and Wisconsin Power & Light in Wisconsin.
