Rosewood Property Co. has acquired full ownership of a 200,818-square-foot industrial asset in the East Plano submarket, buying out Pillar Commercial's interest. The 100 percent occupied property, located at 3700 and 3712 E. Plano Parkway, was completed in 2022 and previously purchased by Rosewood and Pillar in late 2024. The buildings feature 24-foot clear heights, dock-high loading doors, and a 185-foot truck court. State Farm Life Insurance Co. served as the lender for the acquisition, with JLL arranging the financing on Rosewood's behalf.
