Sagard Real Estate acquired the 27 Distribution Way logistics facility in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey for $56.9 million from CenterPoint Properties. The 223,977‑square‑foot, single‑tenant building offers 22‑foot clear heights, 28 loading doors, nine rail doors and a 225‑foot truck court with 57 trailer stalls and 126 parking spaces. Situated at Exit 8A, the site provides direct access to the New Jersey Turnpike and serves a multinational distribution and supply‑chain operator. The acquisition expands Sagard’s industrial portfolio in one of the nation’s most active logistics markets, enhancing its exposure to dense population centers and major transportation corridors. JLL acted as the seller’s advisor on the transaction, facilitating the deal’s completion.
