Sentinel Capital Partners sells NSI Industries to Hubbell Incorporated for $3.0bn

Type: Sale · Technology: Industrial · Country: United States · Value: $3B · Announced: 2026-06-10

Sentinel Capital Partners finalized the sale of NSI Industries, a manufacturer of branded electrical products, to Hubbell Incorporated for $3.0 billion. The transaction follows Sentinel's acquisition of NSI in November 2024, which included over 15,000 branded electrical components sold under Bridgeport, Polaris, and Tork brands. NSI operates through more than 2,000 third-party distributors and contractors across North America, serving industrial, infrastructure, and commercial markets. The sale refocuses NSI as a pure-play electrical products manufacturer after Sentinel divested its HVAC division to Lennox International for $550 million in October 2025. Hubbell's acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand in high-growth sectors like digital infrastructure and electrification applications, including power utilities and data centers.
