Shell Energy Europe Limited signed a 10-year power purchase agreement with Solarkraftwerk Halenbeck-Rohlsd to offtake around 75% of the output from a 230 MW photovoltaic project (two 115 MW plants) in Germany to supply its 100-MW Refhyne II PEM electrolyser near Cologne.
