French technical services group Spie has been awarded a mandate by the Federal German Real Estate Agency (BImA) to design, construct, and operate photovoltaic installations on over 300 public buildings across northern and eastern Germany. The projects, located in the states of Bremen, Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, are scheduled for progressive deployment through 2030.
