Stryten Energy acquires C&D Trojan Battery, adding the battery maker to its portfolio. The acquisition gives Stryten control of 15 battery manufacturing and component facilities across the United States. The combined workforce will total about 3,700 employees, supporting expanded production capacity. The deal strengthens Stryten’s position in the U.S. battery storage market, aligning with its growth strategy backed by Atlas Holdings. KPS, the backer of C&D Trojan Battery, will retain a strategic interest as a parent company. No financial terms were disclosed, and the transaction was announced in July 2026.
