Sungrow partners with Sou Energy to expand inverter and storage distribution in Brazil

Sungrow formalized a partnership with Sou Energy to expand distribution of its photovoltaic inverters and energy storage solutions across Brazil's North and Northeast regions. The agreement encompasses Sungrow's full portfolio, including string inverters, commercial and industrial (C&I) models, hybrid inverters, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Sou Energy's existing commercial and logistics infrastructure in the target regions is expected to improve equipment availability and reduce delivery times for integrators and engineering firms. The collaboration also includes joint market development and training initiatives, with Sungrow having sold 16.5 GW of inverters in Brazil since 2017 across distributed and centralized generation projects.
