Type: Acquisition · Technology: Transport · Country: United States · Announced: 2026-09-21
Tallvine Partners, an independent investment adviser, has acquired the assets of Crosby Enterprises and certain affiliates, expanding its North America marine infrastructure platform. Crosby, headquartered in Galliano, La., provides critical marine infrastructure solutions across the U.S. Gulf Coast and inland waterways, including offshore and inland towing, dredging, rock placement, marine construction support, and shipyard services. The acquisition strengthens Tallvine’s ability to provide critical maritime infrastructure services in key U.S. markets, leveraging Crosby's fleet of over 150 tugboats, dredges, support vessels, and shipyard and berth facilities. This transaction, completed following a court-approved sale process in connection with Crosby’s Chapter 11 proceedings, marks the third acquisition under Tallvine’s North America marine infrastructure platform.
