TechnipFMC secured an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract valued between $75 million and $250 million from Eni for the Baleine Phase 3 offshore oil development in Côte d'Ivoire. The project involves designing and manufacturing flexible flowlines and risers to connect subsea wells in approximately 1,200 meters of water depth to a new floating production unit (FPU). Baleine Phase 3 represents a fast-track expansion of the largest hydrocarbon discovery offshore Côte d'Ivoire, aiming to accelerate production from the field. TechnipFMC emphasized the importance of schedule certainty in delivering a robust flexible pipe solution to support the project's accelerated timeline. The contract marks the continued collaboration between TechnipFMC and Eni, building on prior engagements in the region.
