Telstra commits to purchasing 100% of capacity from Bundaberg Solar Farm and 50% from Glenellen Solar Farm from Naturgy

Type: Ppa · Technology: Solar · Country: Australia · Capacity: 260 MW · Announced: 2026-06-17

Telstra has committed to purchasing 100% of the capacity from the 96 MW Bundaberg Solar Farm and 50% of the electricity generated by the 260 MW Glenellen Solar Farm. These long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) reinforce revenue visibility and business stability for Naturgy. The Glenellen Solar Farm, Naturgy's largest PV plant in Australia, features about 375,000 modules across a 300-hectare site near Albury, NSW, and is forecast to supply 450 GWh of energy annually. The Bundaberg Solar Farm, with over 162,000 solar modules, is expected to generate about 200 GWh of renewable energy per year. The commissioning of these solar farms increases Naturgy's combined operational capacity in Australia to 1.3 GW.
