Tenaris acquires oilfield division of AllTorque to expand Canadian footprint
Tenaris has acquired the oilfield division of AllTorque, a manufacturer specializing in tubular running technology. This acquisition expands Tenaris's services offering and footprint in Canada, building on an existing partnership. The deal enhances Tenaris's WISer solutions for Rig Direct customers, aiming to improve well integrity and operational efficiency. AllTorque's torque-turn monitoring systems have supported the running of 23.5 million meters of oil country tubular goods across more than 5,000 jobs in North America, South America, and Europe.
