The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority announced on 15 July 2026 that the TerraMarine consortium has been chosen as the preferred contractor for the Roberts Bank Terminal 2 landmass and wharf progressive design‑build project in Delta, British Columbia. The consortium, comprising Van Oord, Aecon Group, FlatironDragados Canada and Carlson Construction Group, will deliver the engineering, procurement and construction services for the new terminal infrastructure. The project will create a new landmass and wharf to expand the port’s capacity for container and bulk cargo handling. By securing this contract, the Port Authority aims to strengthen trade links on the Pacific coast and improve logistical efficiency for shippers in the region. The selection positions TerraMarine to lead a major transport infrastructure development that supports Canada’s growing export market.
