Tongwei revealed plans to acquire 100% of Lihao Clean Energy, a private polysilicon manufacturer registered in Xining, Qinghai province, through a combination of share issuance and cash payment to 57 existing shareholders including Duan Yong, Hainan Zhuoyue, and Hainan Haoyue.
