Topline Equity Corporation’s subsidiary Topline Offshore Inc. and Singapore-based Aesen Pte. Ltd. established Aesen Topline Offshore Corp. on 8 July 2026 to provide offshore marine services for renewable energy and infrastructure projects in the Philippines. The joint venture will offer marine asset chartering, vessel leasing, logistics, and offshore support services for offshore wind developments, bridge construction, land reclamation, coastal development, and other marine infrastructure projects. Topline Offshore Inc. brings local operations while Aesen Pte. Ltd. contributes its marine fleet and decades of offshore services experience. The venture targets projects tied to an estimated PHP 600 billion in planned investments in offshore wind, bridge construction, and land reclamation. Negotiations are in the final stages for several projects involving land reclamation, offshore wind, and other infrastructure developments.
