TotalEnergies signed an agreement to acquire an 85% stake in the 240 MW Jammerland Bugt project and a 72.2% stake in the 165 MW Lillebaelt South nearshore project in Denmark, and to jointly develop large-scale offshore wind projects in Sweden, Finland and Denmark with European Energy.
