Toyota signs 15‑year PPA with Constellation for Ferrovial’s 115 MW Milano Solar project in Texas

Constellation and Toyota Motor North America have entered a 15‑year renewable energy agreement that provides Toyota with project‑specific renewable energy certificates (RECs) from the Milano Solar project in Milam County, Texas. The solar farm, developed by Ferrovial Energy, has a contracted capacity of more than 115 MW, delivering roughly 246,000 MWh of electricity annually. Constellation will retire the RECs on Toyota’s behalf for the duration of the contract, securing clean power for the automaker. The project is slated to begin commercial operations in September 2027.
