Urban Partners sells Finnish logistics portfolio to Catena for €191 million
Type: Sale · Technology: Industrial · Country: Finland · Value: EUR 191M · Announced: 2026-10-01
Urban Partners sold a portfolio of 10 logistics assets in Finland to Catena for €191 million on 2026-10-01. The portfolio totals approximately 142,300 square meters (1.5 million square feet) of logistics space concentrated in the Helsinki-Tampere-Turku triangle and is held through Urban Partners’ Nordic Strategies Fund V and Income+ Fund (NIP). Most buildings have Energy Performance Certificate A ratings, BREEAM certifications, and use renewable-energy solutions and modern technical systems to support energy efficiency. Catena said the acquisition adds modern properties and established tenants to its Finnish platform, and the deal builds on a prior transaction between the two firms. The sale follows Urban Partners’ March 2026 acquisition of roughly 125,000 square meters of logistics space from DSV, with five of those assets included in the sale to Catena.
