Vanguard Renewables signed an agreement to acquire Generate Upcycle's North American operations, adding anaerobic digestion and advanced depackaging facilities across upstate New York and Ontario to expand food waste processing by about 565,000 tons and produce an additional ~1.1 Bcf of renewable natural gas annually.
