Vantage secures $2 billion credit facility to expand data center development

Vantage, a global provider of digital infrastructure, closed a $2 billion five-year revolving credit facility to support early-stage development across its North American platform. The financing includes an initial collateral pool of three development assets and allows Vantage to contribute additional assets over time, strengthening its capital platform to meet accelerating data center demand. The facility serves as a warehouse that can support growing customer demand and provides committed development-stage financing backed by a broader and more diverse investor base. Scott Beasley, global CFO at Vantage, stated the facility reflects the scale of the platform, the quality of the development pipeline, and the strength of institutional relationships. Rich Cosgray, senior vice president of global capital markets at Vantage, noted the deal gives the company greater capacity to move quickly and provide certainty for customers delivering needed infrastructure.
