Waaree Clean Energy Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Ltd, has secured an order to develop a multi-technology green hydrogen project for TMEIC Industrial Systems India. The project will be located at TMEIC's facility in Tumkur, Karnataka, and will establish an integrated green hydrogen ecosystem covering production, storage, and utilization. Waaree Clean Energy Solutions will deploy a hybrid system utilizing both proton exchange membrane (PEM) and alkaline electrolysers for flexible and efficient operations. The scope of work includes hydrogen compression, storage, a high-pressure refuelling station, and an EV charging unit powered by hydrogen fuel cells. Waaree Clean Energy Solutions will handle end-to-end execution, including engineering, procurement, commissioning, and five years of operations and maintenance for the project.
