Øyfjellet Wind Investment AS secures EUR 80 million senior secured bond to refinance existing debt for Norway’s largest operational wind park

Øyfjellet Wind Investment AS completed a five-year EUR 80 million senior secured bond issuance on 11 May 2026, priced at a margin of 425 basis points, to refinance its outstanding bond. The proceeds will be used to repay existing debt for Norway’s largest operational wind park, the Øyfjellet Wind Park, located west of Mosjøen in Vefsn municipality, Nordland. The wind park has been fully operational since September 2022 and includes 72 wind turbines with a combined capacity of 400 MW. The project is fully owned by funds managed by Aquila Capital, a specialist fund manager focused on clean energy and sustainable infrastructure. ABG Sundal Collier served as sole green structurer, joint manager, and bookrunner for the transaction, reflecting its role in facilitating debt financing for renewable energy infrastructure.
