Zankore secures $3.1bn senior term loan facility for AI cloud buildout

Zankore, a joint venture between Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Nokia, and Nvidia, secured a $3.1 billion senior term loan facility to fund the initial 100MW phase of its AI cloud buildout in Indonesia. The financing was provided by a consortium of regional and international banks including ING, Natixis CIB, Qatar National Bank, and United Overseas Bank, with Citi acting as debt advisor. The project targets an initial 100MW of Nvidia AI infrastructure, scaling ultimately to 1GW, with approximately 200MW of AI capacity expected in the first half of 2027 powered by Nvidia GB300 NVL72 technology. The loan supports the development and deployment of advanced AI computing infrastructure to enable Indonesia and Southeast Asia to participate meaningfully in creating AI's future.
