Overview
The register behind the Sherpa Directory "Data Centre Power Deals", as data you can filter, join and load into your own models. One row for every power agreement for a data centre first announced between 1 January 2024 and 30 September 2026, worldwide: the data-centre party and its group, the power seller, the type of agreement, technology, campus, country, capacity, term and value where announced, and the sources.
Alongside it: every financing and ownership deal for data centres and their platforms, with the lenders, investors and advisers named; announced campuses with named parties; and summary tables of data-centre groups and power sellers with live counts.
Every value is as announced. A blank means it was not announced, and nothing is estimated. Deal numbers match the directory and stay the same in every update.
Research and sources
Every row links to the announcements it rests on: company releases, regulatory and exchange filings, and trade press. Data as at 30 September 2026.
