Helse Sør-Øst RHF is one of Norway's four regional health authorities, responsible for specialist health services for over 3 million people in southeastern Norway. It owns and manages a network of hospitals and health institutions, overseeing their operations, development, and significant infrastructure projects, including new hospital constructions and technological upgrades.
