National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a joint venture company of the Government of India and participating State Governments. It is mandated to design, develop, implement, finance, operate and maintain Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) projects in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India.
