Zambezi River Authority

The Zambezi River Authority (ZRA) is a bi-national organization mandated to manage the Kariba Dam and the Kariba catchment, as well as any other dams or infrastructure on the Zambezi River that the two states may assign to it. The ZRA's core functions include water resources management, infrastructure development, and environmental sustainability within the Zambezi River basin.
