Abertis has finalized the acquisition of the remaining 48.8 percent stake in the French A63 motorway from HICL Infrastructure, CVC DIF, and NGE Autoroutes, achieving 100% ownership. This core transport corridor, connecting Spain and northern Europe, has 25 years of concession life remaining through to 2051. The 104-kilometer toll motorway, operational since 2013, is a vital route for goods transportation and serves as a link between Bordeaux and cities in southwest France. In 2025, the A63 generated revenues of €179 million ($207 million) and EBITDA of €138 million ($159 million), demonstrating resilient traffic performance.
