ACEN Acquires 100% Ownership of UPC Renewables JV, Adding 819 MW of India Renewable Energy Projects

ACEN Renewables International, a subsidiary of ACEN Corporation, has consolidated its joint venture with UPC Renewables, acquiring 100% ownership. This acquisition adds 819 MW of renewable energy projects to ACEN's India portfolio, including three projects under construction and in advanced stages of development in Rajasthan and Karnataka. The portfolio also includes a pipeline of nearly 7 GW of renewable energy projects across India. ACEN views India as a core market for its international growth.
