Actis, a global investor in sustainable infrastructure, and Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, have formally launched their joint venture, Ample Parks. This Indian industrial and logistics real estate developer and operator aims to acquire and develop approximately 1.5 million square meters of greenfield and brownfield sites across India. The platform has completed its first acquisition, a 70-acre industrial land parcel within Mahindra World City, Chennai, for the development of an integrated industrial and logistics park.
