Actis invests in Terra Solar Project, the world's largest integrated renewables and energy storage project in the Philippines

Actis has entered a strategic partnership with Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and its subsidiary, Solar Philippines New Energy Corporation, to invest in the Terra Solar Project. This project, located in the Philippines, will combine 3.5GWp of solar PV capacity with 4.5GWh of battery energy storage system (BESS) and is backed by a 20-year, 850MW power supply agreement with Meralco. The investment marks Actis's commitment to accelerating the energy transition and delivering value through world-class energy assets.
