Aligned tops out 72MW data center in Frederick, Maryland

Aligned and Turner Construction Company have topped out the Aligned IAD-06 data center in Frederick, Maryland, completing the structural phase for the 72MW facility. This two-story, 450,000 sq ft data center is part of a larger 75-acre campus within TPG’s Quantum Frederick park, where four buildings totaling 264MW are planned. The topping out reflects the strength of the partnership and commitment to delivering this high-performance data center.
