Arcem has acquired land in Joroinen, eastern Finland, for a planned 500MW data center campus. The first development phase will deliver 60MW by 2027, scaling to 100MW before 2029, with the potential to reach 500MW. The agreement was signed with the Joroinen municipality, and the property is zoned for data center use, with a building permit for the first phase anticipated this summer. The site is located adjacent to Fingrid's existing 400/110kV transformer station at Huutokoski, ensuring a clear path to grid connection. Arcem, Bonum's Nordic data center platform, is pursuing multiple developments across Finland and Norway.
