Arenso’s operative management completed a buyout of the Finnish company’s offshore wind operation, forming a new entity named Hyötytuuli Services Oy. The transaction transfers Arenso’s services division to Hyötytuuli Services, which will focus on providing wind energy services exclusively to Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy. Arenso retained its offshore wind team and will continue developing the Tahkoluoto Offshore Wind Project under the new structure. The name change and operational adjustments are scheduled for implementation during spring 2026, with updates to be provided as changes progress. Arenso, originally spun off from Suomen Hyötytuuli Oy in autumn 2024, retains over twenty-five years of experience in wind energy development, construction, and operations.
