The Provincial Council of Badajoz has launched a tender for a 370,350 euro self-consumption photovoltaic installation across several municipalities within the La Serena Cultural Landscape. The project, divided into five lots, aims to install solar PV systems in locations including Campanario, Higuera de la Serena, Orellana la Vieja, Cabeza del Buey, Capilla, Peñalsordo, Benquerencia de la Serena, Monterrubio de la Serena, Castuera, Esparragosa de la Serena, Zalamea de la Serena, La Coronada, La Haba, and Quintana de la Serena. This initiative is part of Spain's Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the EU's NextGenerationEU program.
