Baker Hughes and Hydrostor partner to accelerate advanced hydrogen energy storage systems development and deployment
Baker Hughes has strengthened its collaboration with Hydrostor to accelerate the development and deployment of advanced hydrogen energy storage systems. Under the agreement, Baker Hughes will supply equipment and technical solutions, including compressors, expanders, motors, and generator systems, for Hydrostor's Advanced Compressed Air Energy Storage (A-CAES) platform. The partnership includes potential equipment orders of up to 1.4 GW of power generation and compression capacity for Hydrostor's projects, which are planned for regions including North America and Australia.
