Global Infrastructure SherpaBayWa Group to sell its Solar Trade business entity
BayWa Group announced its plan to sell Solar Trade, an international solar trading business that is part of BayWa r.e. AG. This strategic realignment aims to focus BayWa r.e. AG on its international project business and expansion as an independent power producer (IPP), with proceeds intended to triple its project business volume by 2026 and enlarge its IPP portfolio to 3 GW.
