BayWa r.e. has successfully divested its 109 MWp Lirios solar farm in Spain to Encavis AG, a leading independent power producer. This transaction, announced on March 4, 2024, marks another collaboration between the two entities and is a significant milestone for renewable energy in Spain, with the project expected to be commissioned in 2025 and power approximately 60,000 Spanish households.
