90 MW
Capacity
BnM and SSE have filed a planning application for the proposed 90MW Lemanaghan Wind Farm, which will feature 15 turbines with a blade tip height of 220 metres. The project is located on Lemanaghan Bog in County Offaly, Ireland. A new 220kV substation is also proposed to connect the wind farm to the electricity grid. The developers have engaged extensively with the local community and conducted detailed environmental assessments since 2021.
