Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital sell newly constructed 237,880 sq ft logistics facility in Wilmington, Massachusetts
Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital completed the sale of 800 Salem St., a newly constructed 237,880-square-foot class A industrial logistics facility in Wilmington, Massachusetts, to an undisclosed buyer. The all-electric facility, built in 2025, features 36-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, LED lighting, and a 5,000-amp electrical capacity, with 47 dock-high loading positions and 33 trailer parking spaces. Located directly off Interstate 93, the property is 18 miles from downtown Boston and is fully leased to a single tenant operating a same-day delivery fulfillment center. JLL served as the legal representative for the sellers and arranged the acquisition financing for the new owner, securing a fixed-rate, 10-year loan. Tucker Kelton, founding partner at Camber Development, highlighted the project as a market-leading initiative that aligned with the team's strategy of developing sustainable, high-functionality buildings for credit tenants.
