Core AI Holdings and Allianca Group form joint venture to accelerate AI data center delivery

Core AI Holdings and Allianca Group announced a joint venture to streamline the development and delivery of AI-ready data center capacity, addressing critical execution bottlenecks in the sector. The partnership combines Core AI’s infrastructure strategy and capital markets expertise with Allianca’s turnkey delivery model, which spans site selection, program management, construction, and commissioning. The joint venture will operate as an integrated delivery platform covering the full development lifecycle, including power-aware site selection, preconstruction planning, modular deployment, and utility coordination. Allianca has supported over 720 MW of data center capacity globally and manages project portfolios totaling more than $6 billion annually.
